Our 100 years old cutter, improves the quality of the ham thanks to the carbon steel blades that enhances the product’s taste and also for the slow motion cutting that prevents the heating of the ham’s own fat.
As a result: the contact of the ham with the carbon steel blade and the slow motion cutting enhances the taste of the jamon. So, with the same “jamon”, we get a much better taste.
