In Berton’s Sasibil Restaurant, we not only have our wonderful snacks (pintxos): cod marinated brochette, octopus brochette, grilled mushroom with home-made ali-oli sauce…, which you can enjoy at any time of the day, accompanied by a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a small glass of beer (a zurito), or… we also have a seafood nursery conservation-tank which let us offer our clients the freshest seafood while shellfish remains alive and in the best condition till just before taken to the table.
Our kitchen has a closed oak charcoal oven that gives our meat and fish an intense and exceptional taste. Our clients will not only be enjoying the maximum flavour but also the best quality of the basque cuisine. Who can resist a wild turbot or a baked cod? Or a t-bone steak or a grilled sirloin?. Meat and grilled fish is another of our hallmarks. All washed down with a large selection of excellent wines.
